Terms and Conditions

Once a booking is confirmed a contract exists with Coral Coast Tourist Park and you accept the terms and conditions of this booking.

Deposit Policy:

Deposit of full night for a single night. Otherwise, the deposit of first-night tariffs for multiple nights.

Cancellation Policy:

Bookings Cancelled with 30 days notice from check-in 50% refund on deposit. Bookings cancelled after this time, no refund on deposit. If an alteration occurs to your booking while staying with us any payments made will not be refunded.

All outstanding amounts are due and will be charged to the card on file, before arrival.

Refundable Deposits:

For all accommodation bookings a $150 refundable deposit is added. For all ensuite bookings a $20 refundable deposit. The facilities are expected to be left in the same condition as on arrival. The funds are released after departure and can take up to 5 business days to be returned to you by your bank.

COVID-19:

The customer shall comply with all Government (Federal & State) COVID-19 vaccination or testing requirements for entry into Western Australia or to access Coral Coast Tourist Parks' premises. Where the customer does not meet a Government vaccination or testing requirement, the customer will not be granted entry to the park and will forfeit any and all monies paid.

Where the customer cancels due to travel restrictions (other than vaccination or testing requirements) the customer will be entitled to a refund or credit note (to be used at a later time and valid for 48 months), where such an offer is at the absolute discretion of the operator. The operator reserves the right to withhold some monies to cover administrative expenses and other losses, dependent on when notice of cancellation is given by the customer.

Insurance:

We strongly advise travel insurance for all your holiday bookings to meet your personal requirements in respect to personal injury, illness, employment changes, weather conditions and including COVID 19 specific coverage.

Pricing Policy:

Pricing can be subject to change without prior notice.

Pet Policy:

Please advise at the time of booking. Pets are allowed on all sites (no charge) and in select accommodation types (Fees apply).

For accommodation bookings:

The guest agrees to leave the accommodation in the same condition the accommodation was presented to the guest on arrival. Management has the right to charge additional fees as required.

For guests with pets:

The guest agrees that they will be responsible for the pet at all times. Management has the right to charge additional fees as required.
